Technical Approach

I approached this project by first understanding the business requirements and workflows. I designed a custom WordPress plugin to interact seamlessly with ZOHO CRM’s API for data exchange and visualization. For the automation component, I utilized Python with Selenium to create robust scripts that handle repetitive tasks between different platforms, ensuring data consistency and reducing human error.
